Average delivery time inside the USA is 2-3 business days for Priority and First Class, and 5 business days for Ground service. Estimate delivery time for International shipment is 5 -10 business days.

You may track your shipment with its tracking number at www.usps.com. If you don't receive your order on time, you may contact USPS directly by calling their toll free number to inquire about your item. For international order, we'll supply you with a custom form number,
 

After placing your order, you'll automatically get a confirmation email regarding your payment and order detail. Please check your junk mail folder to see if the email is in there.  After we process your shipment, you'll also get a notification email from PayPal (not from us) containing a delivery confirmation number for your order. You can track this number at www.usps.com

We accept payment by money order/check. Please note that we must wait a full 10 business days for checks to clear before we process your order. For faster service, you may pay with money order. Make it payable to Esther's Nail Center.

Yes, we accept credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All credit/debit card payment will be handled securely via PayPal. However, you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay.

After submitting your order, you'll be directed to the PayPal payment gateway (see photo below), where you will see two options to pay: with credit card or Paypal. Just click the link to pay with your credit card (red circled as shown on the photo below).

All nail polish, Adoree nail art polish, and Adoree nail treatment are Formaldehyde, Toluene, and DBP free. Other brands may be not. In that case we will state that in the product description.

Generally yes, except dangerous goods/flammable items, such as Adoree products, nail polish removers (except Suncoat), brush cleaner and nail wrap products. These items are prohibited to be shipped internationally by USPS, our primary shipper.
