Gelish Blooming Gel is a special gel that encourages gel polish colors you paint on top of it to spread. It helps you to achieve water-color, airbrushed, marble, stripe and flower designs over any of the gel colors. Size: 15ml – 1/2oz
How to apply:
After applying the second coat of Gelish Gel polish and curing, apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel, do not cure. With dotting tool or brush, apply desired color to achieve the blooming nail art effect. Cure for 30 seconds. Finish with Gelish Top Coat.
