How to use:
Apply a thin coat, from cuticle to free edge over the top of Gelish Soak Off Gel Polish or Structure. Allow to cure for 30 seconds in a LED Light or 2 Minutes in a 36 watt UV Light. DO NOT undercure the Top It Off. Once you remove from the light, cleanse the TOP IT OFF with Hand & Nail Harmony Cleanser.
